Menu Plan

I have been thinking to put my weekly cooking menu plan. As a wife, thinking of a menu for the day is tiring. Since i start my blogging, i searched for other blogger for a new idea. I start cooking mostly at 6pm after i came from work. It is tiring because not only cook, i have to do the washing and cleaning. For a person who suffer SLE, i cook for two days and the next day i eat outside means i'm resting. I tried to cook everyday but i can't. Below is the picture of my first experiment beef noodle with roasted tomato. The reason i roast the tomato is because i like roasted, sweet and sour taste. Roasted onion also taste sweet. Actually i wanted to try the way they make mee kolok. Mee kolok is a famous mee in sarawak. I'm not really good at cooking but i tried.



Friday, Dinner
Beef Noodle with Roasted Tomato




Ingredient:


  • Dry noodle (cooked and drain)

  • Garlic (chopped)

  • Chillies (chopped)

  • Soya sauce

  • Vegetable Oil

  • Sesame Oil

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Cooked Beef cube

  • Tomato and bombay onion (roasted in the oven)

  • Boiled egg
  1. Fry the garlic with some oil. Save the garlic oil. If you have ready made garlic oil no need to fry the garlic.

  2. Mix garlic oil with the noodle. Just put a little oil at first. Then sesame oil, soya sauce, salt and pepper.

  3. Taste and lastly, put beef, egg, tomato, onion and chillies.

hahaha.........lawak lah dulu. Dulu baru berjinak nak masak. I suka bergedil. Kadang2 masak bergedil. Tapi jadi tau. Yang pasti i suka western food. Insyallah...datanglah ke kuching.
