Dinner ni aku masak egg fried rice with sambal and grilled prawn. Masa aku kat newcastle dulu, aku selalu beli nasi ni kat restoran cina. Rupanya senang nak buat. Ingredientnya:
Chinese Egg Fried Rice
- Spring Onion (just finish yesterday so i replace with onion)
- Egg (depends on how many people you serve. One egg perperson)
- Light soya sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mixed vege (optional, just to make it as a complete meal)
- Oil
- Cold cooked rice
- Fried the spring onion with oil. Set aside.
- With the same oil, fried beaten egg, stir and make it into small pieces.
- Put veges and stir fry for a while. Then return the spring onion.
- Put the cooked rice and fry together.
- Season with salt, pepper and light soya sauce.
Grilled prawn tu aku marinate dengan salt, pepper, crushed garlic and olive oil. Aku tak sempat nak marinate lama terus grill dalam oven selama 7 minit. Seasoning tu tak serap ke dalam isi. Apa-apa pun tetap sedap.
