Peanut Butter Bars

 Peanut Butter Bars

Gaul crackers, peanut butter, serbuk gula dan mentega cair bersama

Masa nilah saya asyik culit campuran peanut butter. Sedap!

Cairkan coklat bersama sedikit peanut butter. Saya cairkan dalam microwave kemudian gaul sehingga sebati. Sapukan diatas campuran tadi. Kemudian simpan dalam petiais dalam sejam sebelum dimakan. Saya terover letak coklat.

Kalau nak cuba buat, saya sarankan potong ketika coklat separuh beku. Saya punya agak berminyak sebab ikut sangat ukuran tu. Tapi saya tambah lagi cracker untuk kurangkan minyak tu. Bagi saya coklat tu lagi bagus kalau tak tebal sebab coklat manis. Takut terlampau manis. Selamat mencuba!

Pizza Home Made

Sudah lama saya tak update. Airin rakan yang setia membaca blog and fb tanya saya bila nak update blog. Ni saya update dari tempat kerja sebab komputer saya rosak. Ada pun ipad tapi takleh nak update. Itulah kekurangan ipad.

So layanlah gambar di bawah.

Saya guna sosej ayam, capsicum, buah zaitun dan sos saya guna sos spaghetti kimball. Dohnya saya buat beberapa dan simpan beku. So tak payah saya nak buat lagi semula. Kalau nak simpan beku doh tu kenalah separuh masak dalam oven dulu. Mula -mula saya tak masakkan doh tu sebelum beku. So bila keluarkan lembik sangat sebab doh tu sangat lembut.

Resepi ni saya dapat dari http://www.myresipi.com/top/detail/3195 (dari tulip77). Banyak guna resepi pizza di web ni. Macam-macam resepi ada. Banyak juga saya nak cuba. Kalau berminat cubalah...tak susah.

Freezing Food For Baby Ihsan

Makanan tu takde garam tau.

Saya harap carta tumbesaran ihsan semakin baik walaupun sekarang 10 bulan carta masih tunjuk sedikit kekurangan zat.

Bekas Kiub Ais yang digunakan

Saya beli dari Giant

Kiub makanan yang dah dikeluarkan

Disimpan dalam plastik ziplock

Steamer rack saya guna untuk steam makanan ihsan. Saya cuma letak dalam kuali yang berpenutup. Ni saya beli dari cosway. Tempat steamer yang saya ada bulky so malas nak guna.

Moussaka

My very first Moussaka....actually my sister had make moussaka a few times and i just watch her. We even served it during hari raya 2007. In 2008, we served shepherd pie. Heheh....approriately for hari raya we serve traditional food. Only the moussaka looks different on the table. Just because every year we eat the same old food during the festival, curry, rendang, nasi minyak dan so on. So we got bored. While i was planning for my whole week meal, moussaka came out while reading my chef wan's Simply Sedap cook book.

Time to dig some more...

Any recipes from Chef Wan can be trusted. I said trusted because not all the owner / writer of some recipe books willing to give their full ingredient or correct measurement or exactly method of cooking. I also tried some of his cake recipes, all turned out fine. Later, i'll publish the recipe exactly from the Simply Sedap book. Bon Appetit!

Mr. Brownies

Brownies Walnut from Secret Recipe

I am craving for brownies. This past two weeks i bought Brownies Walnut from 'Secret Recipe' Cafe. I think out of all their brownies, the walnut probably a top favourite by the customer. Last two nights, i make my very first chocolate brownies. I get the recipe from Kak Hana's blog. The original recipe is from Kak Diana. Anyway thank you for sharing.......

This is the brownies i made. It taste sweet at the lower part but crunchy at the top part. Chewy and Goowey. If i made it less sweet is much better. The recipe use 1 1/2 cup of caster sugar, but i put 1 cup of normal sugar. I don't have caster sugar and have a few packs of normal sugar so better use what ever i have. Enjoy viewing.....

Simple Chocolate Chip Cookies

I love chocolate chip cookies. Can't always afford to buy Famous Amos. So i decided to make myself since i still have an extra block of butter and a few packet of flour left from Hari Raya. The picture shown here is my cookies and it come out well for first timer. Yeah! It taste almost like Famous Amos. This definitely my next year hari raya biscuit.

Do you know the first person who invented this cookie was Ruth Wakefield, who was the owner of the Toll House Inn in Massachusetts in 1930. She added small chunks of a Nestle's Semisweet Yellow Label Chocolate bar to her butter cookie dough and it became an instant hit. Due to this, in 1939, Nestle create and sell their chocolate morsels or chips.

Basic ingredient in the dough are flour, sugar (white and/or brown), butter or margarine, baking powder and/or baking soda, eggs, vanilla, and chocolate chips. However, chocolate chip cookie taste and texture do vary by recipe. Depending whether you like it crispy or soft and chewy. More brown sugar give caramel flavour.

Cookie Dough

Ingredient:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C).
  • 170g unsalted butter, room temperature. I use salted butter, the only one in the fridge.
  • 130g granulated white sugar. Use less sugar is better as chocolate chips are already sweet.
  • 140g brown sugar.
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 260g all purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda. I use baking powder.
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
  • 1/4 salt. I dont add as my butter is salty.
  • 210g chocolate chips. Can also use chocolate chunks.
  1. In a bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and salt.
  2. In another bowl or in a mixer bowl, cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add the egg and egg yolk, beating until well combined. Beat in the vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture and beat just until incorporated. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Form the dough into balls. Place and flatten each balls on a baking sheet. Make sure each ball is well space.
  5. Bake the cookies for about 15-17 minutes or until they are light golden brown in color and just set.

Bergedil Tauhu

Masa makan nasi campur kat kedai depan ofis beberapa bulan lepas aku tengok lauk macam bergedil tapi tak, macam cucur pun ada. Sebenarnya tauhu dilecek buat macam bergedil. Inilah resepi bergedil tauhu versi aku.

Bergedil Tauhu

Intinya:

  • Tauhu dilenyek
  • bawang merah dan daun sup dihiris kecil
  • Lobak merah diparut
  • Telur dipukul
  • Garam / ajinomoto
Campur kesemua bahan kecuali telur seperti dibawah:

Kemudian buat bulat-bulat macam buat bergedil.
